By public transport
Take suburban railway (HÉV) No. H7 or tram No. 1 and get off at stop “Közvágóhíd.” Arriving by trams No. 2 and 24, or buses No. 23, 54, 55 you should get off at stop “Millenniumi Kulturális Központ.”
Boat lines D11 or D12 southbound, to the last stop (“Müpa – Nemzeti Színház HÉV megálló”). Please note that D11 is running only on weekdays, also, normal BKK tickets and passes are valid for boats only on weekdays. On weekends, there is an extra charge to be paid. Along the Danube bank you’ll find a well-marked cycle path. Reaching the museum, you can leave your bike at the bicycle racks, or, if you are using the public bike-sharing system you’ll also find here a MOL Bubi docking station.
