Világszép Connections Is an unusual contemporary art exhibition, which was created for the 15th anniversary of the Világszép Gyermekvédelmi Alapítvány. At the core of the exhibition is the unique encounter between 24 acclaimed contemporary Hungarian artists and 77 young people aged 2 to 25 living in or having left state care.
The young people first got to know the artists through their work, and then met in person to conceive new works together. The artists then built on the inspiration of these encounters to create the works for the exhibition, which represent both the power of art and the power of human connection.

Ágnes Wirtz – art historian, Founder of the Világszép Foundation
