Integrated Family Matinee

INTEGRATED FAMILY MATINEE

Integrated Family Matinée is a creative workshop for pre-school and primary school children born with mental disability (Down syndrome, Autism, etc.), and for their families.

The programme is organised twice a month, on Saturday, between 10:30 and 12:30 a.m., running parallel with weekly Family Matinées. Once a month, the workshop is organised specifically for childern with mental disabilities, and takes place in a separate room. The other occasion is a joint programme with Family Matinée participants.

While the children work or play in the exhibition space, parents may join a guided tour in the current exhibition.

The programme starts at 10:30 a.m. sharp, and is built up of 3 units. Since these units are related to each other and are built on one another, we kindly ask you to arrive on time.

Registration is essential. Please, register yourself by sending a note to the following e-mail address:    integraltcsaladi@ludwigmuseum.hu

We are able to receive a maximum of 6 children with special needs and their parents at a time.

In April 2017, our Family Matinée programmes are related to the temporary exhibition Non-Aligned Art – Marinko Sudac Collection.

There will be NO Family Matinée on the 15th of April, the Saturday preceding Easter Sunday.
