One of the exhibitions of Ludwig Museum is nominated for best contemporary art exhibition of the year

The poll has started! It is now possible for one of the exhibitions of Ludwig Museum in 2018 to win the award for best contemporary art exhibition of the year

 

You can vote from today for the best contemporary art exhibition of the year on the webpage of GFFA Awards! The exhibition Permanent Revolution: Ukrainian Art Today was nominated amongst the 94 nominees of 31 countries.

The prestigious Global Fine Art Award is given yearly in 13 categories. Solo and group exhibitions that are focusing on different periods of art history and different genres are also nominated. The winners of the 13 categories will be selected by the GFAA Judges, and besides that, the audience can also vote for their favorites at the following link. The most popular nominee will get the Youniversal Award.

The judges will value the conception of the exhibitions, the contextualization of the chosen topic and the level of execution. In the category of contemporary art, it is a significant aspect that the organizer has to be a non-profit institution that provides exceptional high values of learning and education, and the project has to be based on an international collaboration.

Ludwig Museum – Museum of Contemporary Art’s exhibition, titled Permanent Revolution: Ukrainian Art Today was nominated in the category of Best Post War/ Contemporary (WWII-Present) category.
