The programme of the T-TUDOK, Centre for Knowledge Management and Educational Research Inc. attempts to develop a methodology aimed at developing students' creative thinking through the involvement of artists. Artists work together on a weekly basis with the selected class and teacher and they are involved with the classroom activities. The program introduces methods of art and other fields of creativity to the classroom setting to solve diverse educational problems in schools. The aim is for students to become more capable, more purposeful, tolerant and empathetic when leaving school. Moreover, for the teachers to acquire new learning methods and creative problem-solving techniques. The program prepares artists to work together with teachers and students to achieve sustainable change. Artists use effective pedagogical and learning techniques that can be easily absorbed by teachers resulting in positive student motivation, performance and behavioral changes.
