We spend our days rushing from one thing to the next, constantly on the move and hardly ever stopping. But do we really need to live our everyday lives at such a pace?

It is no coincidence that we use so many expressions related to movement to describe our feelings and experiences. Sometimes we feel stuck in one place; at other times, we overcome obstacles, move forward, or suddenly lose our balance.

During this workshop, we will use the tools of movement and art therapy to explore our own individual rhythms. Through playful exercises and creative processes, we will look for the pace and balance that allow us to feel most in tune with ourselves.

The programme is connected to the Walk This Way. Art of Walking exhibition and offers an opportunity to experience some of its central themes not only through looking and thinking, but also through movement and creative activity.
